Please read the information contained on this page, it forms our Terms & Conditions
and by placing an order with us, you are confirming that you have read, understood
& agree to our Terms & Conditions. Please do not place an order if you do not agree
with anything here.
All our Card products including Card Blanks, A4 Card, & Invitation Blanks are cut
to order. Which means they are prepared especially for your order and cannot be
returned. Please select carefully, especially in the coloured ranges. If you require
a large quantity of any card product we suggest you initially purchase a small amount
to test/check colour etc before placing a volume order. Click Here for SAMPLE SWATCHES.
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions without notice. Please check
for changes each time you place an order.
All product measurements, descriptions, colours & weights on this web site are given
as a guide, we make every effort to ensure that they are accurate but do not accept
liability for any errors. All sizes given in inches are given only to give an approximate
indication of the size and may not be exact. If you require an exact size please
contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to validate prices before
processing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order without reason.
We do not manufacture the products we sell so cannot confirm the suitability of any
products for any purpose. Please make sure the products are suitable for your purpose.
Any damaged goods must be reported to us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within
48 hours of receipt.
Any damaged or missing items in your order will be refunded or refunded at our discretion.
We may ask you to return any damaged items, and if they are found to be damaged
we will refund pre-agreed postage costs.
Vantage Crafts cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by delayed delivery,
use of the products we supply or use of our web site.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, and Vantage Crafts cannot be held responsible
for any loss under any circumstances if there is a delay in delivery by Royal Mail
or the Courier Company for any reason. We do not accept orders where ‘time is of
the essence’ as once we have released the order to the Royal Mail or a private courier
company any delays are beyond our control.
Vantage Crafts can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the goods purchased.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Placing your order is simple. Click on the ‘Add to Basket ‘ button under the products
you wish to purchase. They will be added to your shopping cart. You can change the
quantity you require in the shopping cart. The shopping cart is linked to our stock
control system and should not let you purchase any out of stock items. In the rare
case there is a stock error, we will immediately refund your money for any out of
stock product. We do not hold on to your money while we wait for products to come
You can pay for your order using your Credit/Debit card through our Secure Roman
Pay Payment Facility. We do not see or hold on to your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you experience any problems please just call us.
We DO NOT accept Cheques as a form of payment.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will be sent via Royal Mail or
a private courier company. Please Check the home page for current order dispatch
times. If there is a delay we will contact you. Orders are usually received 3-4
days after dispatch.
We are proud of our speedy dispatch. Unfortunately, after your order leaves us it
is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the Courier Company, and we cannot be held responsible
for any loss under any circumstances if there is a delay in delivery. If your order
is Urgent and you require a service like Next Day Delivery, please contact us before
you place your order and we will advise you of the cost.
IMPORTANT : Please ensure that you provide your correct delivery address, unfortunately
we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed orders if the delivery address
provided is incomplete or incorrect. We will not be able to refund your delivery
charge if your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
and an additional £7.95 Administration Fee will also be deducted, and if you have
ordered card which has been specifically cut for you, the retail price of the bespoke
items will be deducted before any refund is made. If you require the order to be
re-sent the same parcel will not be sent out, you will need to re-order again.
IMPORTANT: If Royal Mail or our Courier Company attempt delivery and nobody is available
to sign for the package, you will be notified that your package is being held for
collection or redelivery. The notification will contain information on how long
the package will be held for. If you fail to collect or arrange for re-delivery
of the package within the stated time period and the package is returned to us we
will consider the order cancelled. Under these circumstances, prior to making a
refund, we will deduct your original postage & packaging charge and also an additional
£7.95 Administration Fee, and if you have ordered card which has been specifically
cut for you, the retail price of the bespoke items will be deducted before any refund
is made. This also applies to any package if it is refused when delivery is attempted.
If you require the order to be re-sent the same parcel will not be sent out, you
will need to re-order again. Vantage Crafts does not accept responsibility if Royal
Mail/Courier Company fails to notify you of an attempted delivery, or if you leave
an instruction for the delivery company to leave the parcel somewhere and it is consequently
lost, or delivery is delayed. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt of goods.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
Once your order has left us it is in the hands of the Royal Mail or the Courier company.
At this point we are bound by their terms & conditions. Thankfully, orders do not
go missing often. Unfortunately, if your order does go missing, or is delayed, we
will follow the Royal Mail’s (Or the Courier company’s) procedure for claiming. In
the case of the Royal Mail they do not class an item missing until 15 working days
after despatch. They will then contact you (the buyer) to confirm that you have
not received the order, and then contact us to confirm that the item has been lost,
we will at this point send out replacement goods to you. Please note we are unable
to send out replacement goods or make a refund until we have received a confirmation
from Royal Mail (or the Courier company) that the original parcel is lost. If you
wish, you can place another order and we will refund your original payment once we
have received confirmation that the item has been lost and not delivered. This procedure
is in place with the Royal Mail and we are bound to follow it, please do not place
an order on the web site if you are not happy with this. In all cases you will never
lose your money, as we are responsible for getting the goods to you and always ensure
adequate insurance is in place for all orders sent out.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that you need to return any goods, you need to inform us in
writing via email within 7 days of you receiving your order. Please email us at
email@example.com stating the items to be returned and the reason for return,
we will email you back with a returns authorisation number (We cannot issue a returns
number over the phone). We do not refund any postage & packaging charges which you
have paid, and we will deduct the actual p & p charge from the refunded amount if
you had free shipping with the original order. If you return part of your order,
and doing so the total value of the items you keep takes you into a lower discount
bracket, the higher price will be deducted before any refund is made. In this case,
unfortunately you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, you
have a duty of care when returning items so please ensure they are packaged well.
Please also ensure you have proof of posting in case of loss in transit. The goods
need to be returned in an ‘As New’ undamaged and unopened condition. We would highly
recommend that you retain your proof of posting until you have confirmed that we
have received the items. We do not accept returns after the 7 Day period, and under
no circumstances should you send back any items without contacting us first and obtaining
a Returns Authorisation number as they will not be accepted. GOODS RETURNED TO US
AFTER THE 7 DAY PERIOD, OR WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT, OR WITHOUT A RETURNS AUTHORISATION
NUMBER WILL BE EITHER REFUSED, OR MARKED RETURNED TO SENDER.
Please Note: All Card Products including Card Blanks are Cut to Order in the colour
that you order, these are bespoke items and therefore cannot be returned and are
exempt from the 7 Days returns policy. Also products sold as Job Lots and products
sold to traders and re-sellers are exempt from this returns policy.
CONTACT & PRIVACY
We request that you provide some contact information when you place your order such
as an email address or phone number. This will only be used if we need to inform
you of a problem with your order. We will NEVER use your phone number for any unsolicited
marketing or pass it on to any third parties. Your email will be added to our mailing
list, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
Please DO NOT place an order for delivery outside the UK. Any International orders
place on the web site will be cancelled and your payment refunded LESS £4.95 Administration
Wherever possible we use recyclable packaging and orders are bulk packed. This means
if you order multiple packs of the same item, they will all be packed together to
save on the use of plastic wrappers. If you specifically require multiple packs
to be packed individually please contact us after placing your order.
We also use shredded paper as a packing material. Please try to re-use all the packaging
material you receive with your order.
Payment for International Orders is ONLY accepted via Bank Transfer, and Shipping

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE: If you return part of your, and the value of the returns takes
your original order below our current minimum order value, a minimum order handling
charge of £4.00 will be deducted before any refund is issued.
