The manufacturers of all the paper/card we use state that its is inkjet and laser
safe, BUT we are unable to confirm its suitability for YOUR particular printer. Printers
react differently to textures and weights of card. Although we do have customers
who are printing on our card blanks, if you are a new customer we recommend that
you purchase only a small quantity initially to try out in your printer.
I only want to buy 1 or 2 small items, is there a lower delivery charge?
We have an agreed ‘per package’ price with the Royal Mail and our Courier Company.
Whether your order weighs 1 kilo or 5 kilos, we pay the same price. We have kept
our prices low so therefore need to charge for packaging & delivery. We do not make
a profit on delivery charges, in fact the heavier orders cost us a lot more than
we actually charge to send them out.
I ordered some card blanks and would like to return/exchange them?
Sorry, as we have stated throughout the web site, card is cut to order and cannot
be returned. That is why we always suggest a small quantity to test out before placing
a volume order or sending for a Sample Swatch. We can only maintain these low prices
and offer such a range by not holding stocks of ready made card and card blanks.
Card is prepared to your specific requirements and we cannot re-sell the items if
we accepted returns on bespoke items.
I have already placed my order on the web site, can I add to my order?
Yes you can, as long as your order has not been invoiced yet. Just call us to make
any additions. There is a £1.00 charge which covers the cost of manually processing
your additional payment.
