Delivery times are not guaranteed, and Vantage Crafts cannot be held responsible for any loss under any circumstances if there is a delay in delivery by Royal Mail or the Courier Company. We do not accept orders where ‘time is of the essence’ as once we have released the order to the Royal Mail or a private courier company any delays are beyond our control.
Channel Islands customers are advised that we currently do not have the facility to refund VAT for goods dispatched to the Channel Islands

Orders received after 1.00pm on on Friday will be deemed to have been received on the following Monday and will dispatched on Tuesday. Priority Dispatch orders are dealt with strictly in order, in the unlikely event that we are unable to dispatch your order on the next working day, we will refund £4.95 and your order will still be dispatched via courier.

All our Card products including Card Blanks, A4 Card, & Invitation Blanks are cut to order. Which means they are prepared especially for your order and cannot be returned. Please select carefully, especially in the coloured ranges. If you are require a large quantity of any card product we suggest you initially purchase a small amount to test/check colour etc before placing a volume order. We are sorry that we don’t send out samples but it is the only way to keep cost and consequently prices down.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
Placing your order is simple. Click on the ‘Add to Basket ‘ button under the products you wish to purchase. They will be added to your shopping cart. You can change the quantity you require in the shopping cart. The shopping cart is linked to our stock control system and should not let you purchase any out of stock items. In the rare case there is a stock error, we will immediately refund your money for any out of stock product. We do not hold on to your money while we wait for products to come into stock.
You can pay for your order using your Credit/Debit card through our Secure Sage Pay Payment Facility. We do not see or hold on to your Credit/Debit Card details. If you experience any problems please just call us.
